3. Members are allowed to claim this cashback once a week. Weekly Cashback shall be eligible to claim base from your previous week's net loss amount only. For example: You are eligible to claim for your 1st Nov 2021 - 7th Nov 2020 (Monday to Sunday) weekly cashback (Sports, Live Casino & Slot only) once after 02:00 AM on 8th Nov 2021. You are not eligible to claim for your weekly cashback the week before last week.

5. The bonus will be credited into player's main wallet after 12:00:00 (GMT+8) on the coming Monday once the request has been verified (all games' account balance must below MYR 5).
