Odds Boost Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Odds Boost using the WynnBET app are to be read in conjunction with the WSI US, LLC (“WynnBET”) Terms of Service

(the “Terms of Service”). In the event of a conflict between the Terms of Service and the specific promotion terms herein, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

· Odds Boosts can be rewarded using the WynnBET Spin Wheel or through targeted promotional campaigns.

· Odds Boosts are available in amounts ranging from 5% to 100%.

· Odds Boosts awarded on the WynnBET Spin Wheel will be applied to the patron’s bet immediately and cannot be used on any other bet or transferred to any other patron account.

· To use an Odds Boost, a patron’s selection must have minimum odds of +100, unless otherwise stated on the Odds Boost card. A patron must accept the odds displayed at the time of the bet.

· Each Odds Boost card can only be used on one parlay with 2 selections or more, unless otherwise stated on the Odds Boost card.

· Each Odds Boost offer expires 10 days after being credited, unless otherwise stated on the Odds Boost card. Odds Boosts may be used at any time until the expiration date.

· Odds Boosts cannot be for in-play bets, unless otherwise stated on the Odds Boost card.

· The use of certain Odds Boosts may be limited to a single sport, league, or competition.

· Odds Boosts cannot be combined with any other promotion, including, but not limited to, additional Power-Ups and Free Bets.

· Odds Boosts have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or account balance.

· If a winning bet with an odds boost applied is cashed out, the Odds Boost will not be applied.

· Odds Boosts or any other Power-Ups, cannot be split up and used on 2 or more different bets.

General Terms

· Patrons must be 21+ years of age, fully verified to maintain an account with WynnBET, and be physically located within the State of Arizona to participate in any Arizona WynnBET promotion, including those using Odds Boost, and wager on any device.

· The award of Odds Boost is limited to the WynnBET account holder only. Only one WynnBET account is permitted per unique name and IP address or device.

· Odds Boosts are non-transferable and may only be used by the participant registered to the Account; substitute players will not be allowed to claim awards. Odds Boosts may not be sold, traded, or otherwise distributed.

· Self-excluded patrons, including, without limitation, any patrons with cool off requests are not eligible.

· Collusion between players will not be accepted by WynnBET and will lead to disqualification.

· WynnBET reserves the right to disqualify any person for violation of these rules, terms, or house rules.

· Employees and/or relatives of Wynn Resorts®, BetBull Limited, their subsidiaries and advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to participate in the bonus program.

· Trademarks used herein are owned by Wynn Resorts Holdings, LLC and its affiliated companies. All other trademarks not owned by Wynn Resorts Holdings, LLC that appear herein are the property of their respective owners.

· WynnBET reserves the right to modify, change or cancel this bonus at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability and reserves the right to withhold, restrict, or cancel an Odds Boost from individual account holders who are in breach of these terms and conditions or in breach of WynnBET Terms of Service.

· If for any reason the Odds Boost bonus is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of WynnBET which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, WynnBET reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
