Terms and Conditions

1. General terms
1.1. The promotion starts on 18/01/2023 (22:01 CET) and ends on 29/01/2023 (21:59 CET).

1.2. Only users who confirmed their participation by clicking on the "Opt-in" button on the promotion page can take part in the promotion.

1.3. Users who place single or multi bets which include two or more LIVE or pre-match events take part in the promotion. Only bets with odds from 1.50 and above that include at least one event from the eSports section will count towards the promotion.

1.4. Only singles or multi bets starting from 5 EUR / 5 USD or equivalent in other currencies count towards the promotion.

1.5. Only winning single or multi bets with outcomes (events) that have not been sold (i.e. bets for which the "Cash Out" feature is not applied), canceled or settled at odds of 1.0 count towards the promotion.

1.6. Bets placed using the Free Bet earned within any of the Bonus Programs offered by the Organizer do not count towards the promotion.

1.7. For each winning bet, the participant receives points in the amount equal to the odds of the bet.

1.8. The points earned from each single and/or multi-bet won within the promotion will be summed up and listed in the leaderboard when summing up the results for the purpose of determining the winners of this promotion.

1.9. The participants who collect the highest amount of points for placed single and/or multi bets will get to the final leaderboard to determine the outcome of the promotion. The more points a participant earns, the higher his/her place on the leaderboard.

1.10. 50 top players of the leaderboard will become winners. Prizes will be distributed among the winners who have accumulated the most number of points in the following way:

1 place: 300 EUR / 300 USD + 20 free spins;

2 place: 200 EUR / 200 USD + 20 free spins;

3 place: 120 EUR / 120 USD + 20 free spins;

4 - 10 places: 70 EUR / 70 USD + 20 free spins;

11 - 25 places: 30 EUR / 30 USD + 20 free spins;

26 - 44 places: 20 EUR / 20 USD + 20 free spins;

45 - 50 places: 10 EUR / 10 USD + 20 free spins.

1.11. If two or more participants of the promotion have got the same amount of points, a higher position on the leaderboard will be awarded to the participant who gained points earlier.

1.12. Placing several single bets for several match outcomes during one eSports event in order to cover all possible outcomes of the eSports event and get as many points as possible within the promotion is not allowed and won't be taken into account within this promotion. The organizer considers such actions unauthorized, and as a result, a participant will be excluded from the promotion without keeping his/her place on the leaderboard (the nearest participant of the promotion will take his/her place by the number of accumulated points). Possible prizes for the excluded participant will be distributed in accordance with the rules of the promotion.

1.13. In the case of placing several single bets for the same outcome of a match within one eSports event, only the first bet placed by a participant will count, no matter if it's a winning one or not.

1.14. To participate in the promotion, one user can use only one account. If duplicate accounts of the same participant are detected, the bets from such accounts will not count towards the promotion. Accounts in currencies AZN, MDL, TJS, TMT, KGS, BYN cannot participate in this promotion.

1.15. When participating in this promotion, you automatically agree with Leon’s General Terms and Conditions.

1.16. Leon reserves the right to terminate or amend the terms of this promotion at any time without prior notice.

 

2. Rules for determining the winners
2.1. Winners will be determined according to the largest number of points accumulated by placing qualifying bets. The winners will be determined on 31/01/2023.

2.2. Each winner will be contacted by Leon’s representative within 96 hours after the winners are determined. The winners will be notified by e-mail and/or phone number, which has been provided during the registration of the player account in Leon.

2.3. Cash prizes will be credited to the registered game accounts of the promotion winners within 96 hours after the winners are determined.

2.4. Cash prizes are not subject to wagering requirements and could be used immediately for betting or withdrawal.

2.5. Free spins (0.10 EUR each) do not have any wagering requirements and can be used in Book Of Dead slot from the "Slots" section (Play'n GO) within 7 days since they have been credited.

 

3. Special terms
3.1. By taking part in this promotion, the winner automatically agrees that his/her name and photographs could be published on the website of Leon, blogs, as well as in marketing materials and PR campaigns of Leon.

3.2. All disputes related to the rights of participation in this promotion, and all issues related to the receipt of the prizes are resolved by the management of Leon. This decision is binding and not subject to appeal by players or any third party.
