* Should a customer place multiple bets, all bets will be void.
* If Rule 4 applies, we will pay you the increased odds after the win has been reduced.

* In the event of a violation of any term of the offer or if there is suspicion that a customer or a group of customers is placing bets that guarantee a win for the customer individually or as part of a group, regardless of the outcome of the bet, RaceBets reserves the right to reclaim the bonus of such offers and, at our absolute discretion, settle bets at the correct odds or cancel free bets/bets placed with the deposit bonus. RaceBets reserves the right to charge the customer a fee to cover costs which may reach the value of the deposit bonus, free bet or additional winnings payment.
