1. 20Bet offers a "Cashout" feature. If the customer does not want to wait until their bet has been settled, they can sell the bet slip back to the Company and immediately get money in their account.
2. The service is available in "My Account – Bet History" or in the "My Bets" tab on the bet slip.
3. The cashout function is available both before the start of the event and in real-time (live). Cashout is possible for single, accumulator bets.
4. The cashout amount is always less than the potential payout of the bet if it wins and depends on the difference in odds.
5. Suppose the situation around the event changes; the price offered for the bet slip sale could change.
6. Cashout is impossible if:
The bet has been settled;
One or more outcomes on the bet slip have been blocked;
The bet slip contains outcomes that cannot be sold;
The bet slip has already been sold;
If betslip contains integer totals (e.g. total over 1) or handicaps;
Cashout feature can also be blocked for specific customers at the Company's discretion without providing reasons.
7. The Company is not liable in cases where the service is not available due to technical failure. The Company reserves the right to suspend the service at any time concerning any betting event without stating a reason. The Cash-out transaction can be cancelled if technical problems have been detected at any stage of the sale. In all such cases, bets are settled as normal based on the event outcome.
8. The Company does not guarantee that any bet placed on the website can be cashed out. The customer can only find out whether the bet can be sold after the bet has been accepted. The price of selling the bet slip offered by the Company is not up for negotiation. The customer has the right to accept the terms of sale or refuse to sell the bet slip at the specified price.
9. When should you sell a bet?
Wrong bet. If you made a wrong bet, sell it and create a new one.
Your bet loses. If you understand that the event does not go according to your scenario, selling the bet will save part of the money wagered. The sooner you sell the bet, the more money you get back.
Doubt about the event. If your bet wins, but you have doubts about the future outcome - do not risk it! Sell the bet and take the winnings early.
10. The operator reserves the right to cancel an already placed bet, in which case the full amount of the bet will be refunded to the client.
11. Bets with cashout status do not count towards leaderboards and VIP programs and other promos offered on the website.
