By their own high standards, FC Cincinnati’s form has dipped in recent weeks. Despite the so-called ‘blip’, the Orange and Blue Garys have still only lost one of their last 14 matches and they have dropped just two points at home all season. New England Revolution were the first team to leave this stadium with a point and having conceded just seven home goals all season, Cinci will be feeling confident of normal service resuming on Saturday.
Recently signed DP Aaron Boupendza is yet to make his debut for the club, however, he could be unleashed in this weekend’s fixture.

Nashville have enjoyed a tremendous season so far, however, they will be disappointed with their midweek loss at home to Philadelphia Union. It was a messy contest in which the hosts gave away two penalties and had two players dismissed. As a consequence, both Daniel Lovitz and Shaq Moore will both miss this weekend’s tough trip to Cincinnati.
Although they rallied late on, Nashville couldn’t find a way through and they have now failed to score in four of their last five outings. They haven’t been as poor as the results have suggested, however, they desperately need to find their spark in the final third and a key addition or two could potentially change their fortunes.
Hany Mukhtar has enjoyed yet another productive season and already has 13 goals to his name. However, with a reported offer from Saudi Arabia coming in for the striker, he may potentially have his head turned by a move to Asia.
Nashville have failed to win any of their last four away games despite facing struggling Toronto and inconsistent Chicago Fire during that sequence.
